Bannerman US LLC has launched FireVault Pro, an iPhone and iPad app designed to help fire alarm technicians organise site knowledge, service history and field documentation

Bannerman US LLC has launched FireVault Pro, a new field workspace designed specifically for fire alarm professionals.

The app brings customer records, field notes, photographs, scanned documents, site locations and trip history together around individual customer accounts, allowing technicians to retrieve information when returning to a site.

FireVault Pro was developed in response to a challenge identified by its creator, David Bannerman, who found that information collected during service calls could become difficult to locate months or years later.

The app allows technicians to record account-specific information including panel, riser, entrance and technician parking locations, while organising notes, photographs, scans and documents by customer.

It also includes GPS Trip Log, reporting and automatic field media backup, with access available across iPhone, iPad, CarPlay and a companion web portal.

Bannerman, founder of Bannerman US LLC, has more than 40 years of technical field experience across alarm, security and related technologies, with the past decade focused primarily on fire alarm service.

“FireVault Pro grew out of solving that problem for my own workday — and then building it into something other technicians could use,” said Bannerman.

FireVault Pro launches on 1 October 2026 with international availability. The app is available in English for iPhone and iPad, priced at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
